Teresa is always seeking ways for self-improvement and enjoys helping others do the same whether it's related to health, wellness, fitness, or wealth. As a life-long learner, Teresa uses her education and experience to empower those who seek change in their lives to make it happen. Teresa is from Northwest Missouri and attended high school and college in Maryville, Missouri. She attended Northwest Missouri State University where she earned her first Bachelor of Science in Office Administration in 1989 and her next Bachelor of Science is in Child and Family Studies with a Minor in Sociology received in 2001. Teresa went on to receive her Master's in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Management Information Systems in 2006 also from Northwest Missouri State University. Her passion and enthusiasm is for being the best you can be. With that, she is an Independent Associate/Consultant for Isagenix International. Isagenix International is a world leader in nutritional cleansing and replenishment. Her focus is on customer service. After many years in retail working for Pamida, Inc., Teresa continued to focus on her customers/clients while working for the Department of Social Services for the State of Missouri. Her career then took her to a global defense company, the Lockheed Martin Corporation. She is based in Kansas City, Kansas and is in her 13th year with the company working on a Government contract to the Federal Aviation Administration. Her active family gives her hands-on experience of living life and the challenges that life brings. She believes in continuous improvement and is currently studying to become certified as a Life Coach through CoachU and the International Coach Federation. Coaching is my avenue to help others become self-aware of who they are, where they want to go, and what they want to achieve. Teresa's motto is "Empower Life's Potential" |

Brenda has been in the programming world for over 20 years. In 1995 Brenda joined with her husband to form Rossini Management Systems, Inc. (Rossini.com). Originally Rossini.com was established to create interactive diskettes and CDs for Economic Development organizations and businesses. Not too long after establishing the company, the Internet emerged as a tool that was useful for communication and promoting business. We changed the direction of our company, and started writing websites, and we created some of the first sites to be released and promoted in the general Kansas City Metropolitan area. Our focus is two fold today: to design and create websites that showcase a business or organization, and to promote the website in the search engines and other social media applications, like Facebook and Twitter. We maintain our own business only web servers, which gives us maximum flexibility to create websites, web applications, web database programs, and to submit the sites to the search engines, and maintain pay-per-click advertising and other web related promotion tools. |
